Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Ship the garments to us via US Postal Service, insured, or United Parcel Service (UPS). FORM We will process and ship your exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow additional time if you have requested personalization of your new items. Refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of receipt of your return. Garments personalized with three-letter or single letter initials may not be returned or exchanged.

MONOGRAMMING ---
We are pleased to offer monogramming on many styles this season. Please look for special ways to personalize selections in almost every group! (Often there is a choice of monogramming for you to select from when you place your order.) Personalized items cannot be returned. Please ask for assistance from your Sales Consultant or our Customer Service department for this special feature. ACCESSORIZE! ACCESSORIZE!
Our hair accessories include small bows with clippies, hairbows with barrettes, tuxedo bows, headbands, bandeaus and knit scrunchies. All hairbows are custom designed to coordinate with our Collections and have either button centers or ribbon knots made out of coordinating grosgrain ribbon accents. Hairbows are offered in two sizes. We have Tuxedo bows for our older girls. Headbands are made from coordinating fabrics. Knit scrunchies have enclosed elastic and are perfect for pony tails and pulling hair back in style! GIFT WRAP
If requested, we promise to wrap your gift just as you would, with high quality paper and ribbons - baby (white with light blue or pink grosgrain ribbon), girls (bright pink with lime ribbon), and boys (bright lime paper ocean blue ribbon). Along with each gift, we enclose a gift card with your special message. The charge for gift wrap is $5, the style number for gift wrap is WRAP. GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are available in any amount and are shipped free along with our newest catalog and gift enclosure. |
