AMI'S STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY Although we normally ship much sooner, we ask you to please allow 6 weeks for your order placed either at a Chez Ami Home Party or online through our shopping cart. While it is our goal to have all styles in stock, the custom nature of our product does sometimes require additional time for fabric deliveries and detailed construction. Many of our styles also offer personalization, which requires extra time.. As each new season begins, Chez Ami's goal is to maintain a large amount of inventory in stock for prompt shipment of orders. Although we do expect to ship much sooner than our "standard" shipping time, it is best to expect a 6 week shipping window for newest season, regular priced apparel. As the season progresses and manufacturing is completed, shipping time will often be much shorter. If your order is time sensitive and you would like for us to ship items on your order that are currently in stock, we are happy to do so with an additional $5 shipping charge. When you place an order, all items you order are reserved for you specifically. Orders are allocated based upon the total stock that we WILL have, not the stock that we CURRENTLY have. Patsy Aiken Designs does not charge your credit card until your order is shipped, UNLESS you have monogrammed items on your order. Orders with monogrammed items will be charged shortly after the order is entered into the system. Monogrammed items require special handling, and therefore may ship later than orders without monograms; please allow 6 weeks. WHAT ABOUT
HOLIDAY DELIVERY? WILL
CHEZ AMI CONTACT ME IF THERE IS A DELAY OR PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER? Chez Ami will send an email confirmation 24 hours after your order is entered into our system. This email will include all information regarding the items that you ordered, form of payment, monograms, and shipping address. If you notice any discrepancies in this information, please respond to Chez Ami immediately so that we may resolve your issues. The
day that your order ships, you will receive a second email. This email
will supply you with the United Parcal Service tracking information
for your package. All Chez Ami orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless
there are special shipping instructions agreed upon in advance. |

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S. If you wish to place an order, please use the Chez Ami Web Shopping system. At the check out page, enter your address information (leave the state box blank). In the remarks box at the bottom of the page, below the shipping information section, enter the country to which the order will be shipped. An email will be sent from Chez Ami Customer Service within 1 business day of when the order was placed, to request approval to charge your card. |
